Features air conditioning. Book appointments online at thecosmo.center for privacy and convenience. Closed for lunch noon-1:00pm. Closed all major holidays and the last two weeks of the year. Inclement Weather Policy: When Tulsa Public Schools are closed due to inclement weather, COSMO CENTER will be closed and all appointments will be rescheduled.
