Self-service DTA kiosk located between the 2nd and 3rd floors at Boston City Hall, beside the tax windows. Accessible via North elevator to floor 3. Wheelchair accessible from Congress Street entrance (take North elevator to 6th floor then South elevator to 3rd floor) or from Government Center entrance. No on-site parking available.
